Job summary
Carley Foundry, Inc. is seeking a Programmer / Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You will perform first article inspections, write and edit CMM inspection programs, and review blueprints to prepare PC-DMIS inspection programs.
Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with experience in dimensional inspection and cross-department collaboration. This is a full-time on-site role in Minnesota.
Qualifications
- Experience interpreting blueprints and GD&T principles is preferred.
- Proficiency in writing and editing CMM inspection programs.
- Strong math and statistical understanding for inspection data.
Responsibilities
- Perform first article inspections on new and existing products.
- Create and edit CMM inspection programs.
- Review blueprints and develop PC-DMIS inspection programs.
- Analyze inspection data and report findings.
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve inspection issues.
- Support in-process inspections using existing CMM programs.
- Troubleshoot dimensional discrepancies in CMM reports.
- Coordinate with quality for non-conformities.
