Qualifications

• CMM programming experience in a manufacturing environment with ASME Y14.5 knowledge.
• Strong GD&T interpretation and measurement planning.
• CAD model proficiency to develop accurate measurement routines.

Responsibilities

• CMM programming, develop, edit, and optimize CMM programs for tooling components, dies, fixtures, and stamped parts.
• Dimensional inspection including first-off, in-process, and final inspections.
• Interpret GD&T from drawings/CAD models to determine measurement strategy.
• Import and align CAD models to create accurate measurement routines.
• Provide dimensional data for root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Generate inspection reports, capability studies, and deviation summaries.
• Maintain CMM calibration and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with tool & die, stamping, engineering, and quality teams.
• Adhere to all company policies including Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, and HR policies.
