Leoforce in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a mid-level CMM Programmer to program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines for close-tolerance inspections.

You will create CMM programs from drawings, verify machining results, read blueprints, and collaborate with machinists to ensure first article and production part compliance. A background in GD&T and MCOSMOS is preferred; a high school diploma and drug/background checks are required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five or more years of experience in a mechanical inspection role.
  • Two or more years of experience programming Coordinate Measuring Machines.
  • Ability to read complex blueprints and use precision inspection instruments.
  • Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and basic math skills.
  • Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining technology, equivalent trade school or military training, or related CNC machining experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience programming Coordinate Measurement Machines
  • MCOSMOS familiarity preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-up abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
