Job summary

Wise Plastics Technologies is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join the Quality team in Saint Charles, MO. You will program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS, perform First Article Inspections, and work with Vision Systems on measurement solutions for new product launches.

You will leadMeasurement System Analysis (MSA) activities, develop gaging and fixtures, and collaborate with Engineering and customers to ensure dimensional accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMM programming and dimensional inspection experience.
• Advanced PC-DMIS programming skills.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with Vision Systems.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
