Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer/Inspector for a Rochester, NH role. You will create and modify CMM inspection programs using Calypso, CAD models, and engineering drawings, and prove out programs.

The role includes GR&R studies, troubleshooting, and hands-on inspections to support prototype development and production quality initiatives. You will analyze inspection results and SPC data, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve dimensional concerns

Qualifications

  • Experience programming CMMs, preferably using Zeiss Calypso.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T including true position, MMC, datums, and feature identification.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of SPC, GR&R studies, and quality inspection processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SolidWorks or other CAD experience is a plus.

Job Description
