Job summary

Intellectt INC is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support dimensional inspection of complex aerospace engine components. The role involves developing and validating CMM programs using Camio and other CMM equipment, performing precision inspections, and ensuring compliance with aerospace requirements.

You will work with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to drive root-cause analysis and FAI processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of CMM programming or metrology experience.
• Experience with Camio and LK CMM equipment.
• Experience inspecting complex, tight-tolerance aerospace components.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with aerospace manufacturing or MRO.

Responsibilities

• Support dimensional inspection of complex aerospace engine components.
• Develop and validate CMM programs.
• Perform precision inspections and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
