Qualifikationen

• Requires completion of secondary school qualification in a technical field or military equivalent.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Understand Engineering Drawings, GD&T, and Gauge R&R process.
• Experience CAD data manipulation.

Aufgaben

• Support management, the Quality team, Engineering, and Operations in measurement requests.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Perform root cause analysis and maintain records.
• Complete 3D scans and interpret data to support engineers.
• Prepare parts for scanning and obtain CAD data as needed.
• Apply GD&T and use metrology software for analysis.
• Transition to 3D technology and input data into the system.
• Operates diverse metrology instruments and reads meters.
