Job summary

Production Saw & Machine is seeking a skilled Quality Programming Technician to translate blueprints into precise CMM programs for MAHR Surface and related systems. This role focuses on delivering accurate measurements and robust metrology processes.

You will program, calibrate, and validate CMM programs, read complex blueprints, and collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure parts meet strict specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with MAHR Surface and CMM programming.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
• Strong understanding of gage setting and calibration.
• Experience working with auto gages.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate MAHR Surface and CMM equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints to set gages accordingly.
• Develop and validate CMM programs based on blueprint specifications.
• Perform gage calibration and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work with auto gages and maintain their operational integrity.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve measurement issues quickly and effectively.
