Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating CMMs with Nikon Camio and PCDMIS software preferred
• Programming experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Ability to complete inspections to ensure parts are within tolerances

Responsibilities

• Sets up and runs CMM programs to verify machined parts meet engineering requirements
• Performs inspections both CMM and bench as needed
• Reviews job-related documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Completes AS9102 first article inspection reports from CMM results into Net Inspect
• Works with all departments to drive quality improvements
• Maintains CMM room cleanliness and equipment
• Maintains documentation and control of non-conforming product
• Performs related duties as directed by quality leadership
