Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a CMM Inspector - Level 4 (Finance) to uphold quality standards across materials, components, and finished products. You will document results, drive corrective actions, and work with production and engineering to enhance inspection processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in quality inspection, strong CMM programming skills, and familiarity with LK-DMIS/PC-DMIS. A related certification or diploma is preferred and AS9100/ISO knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality inspection within manufacturing or production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and measurement tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with inspection equipment and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency with operating and programming CMM.
  • Software experience with LK-DMIS and/or PC-DMIS

CMM Inspector - Level 4 (Finance)

In this role, you will impact the overall product quality and operational efficiency by identifying defects, ensuring compliance with specifications, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform detailed inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Document inspection results and report non-conformances to appropriate departments for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve inspection processes.
Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in quality inspection within manufacturing or production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and measurement tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with inspection equipment and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency with operating and programming CMM.
  • Software experience with LK-DMIS &/or PC-DMIS
WE VALUE
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in quality assurance or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality inspection or related roles.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO or AS9100 is a plus
  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ASME Y14.4, specifications, and quality documentation
  • Utilized and programmed CMMs for quality inspections while actively supporting equipment maintenance, calibration, and preventive upkeep.
