Job summary

Align Precision Corp. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Quality Control professional to oversee process control and inspection activities on the second shift.

The role focuses on applying established standards and procedures to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement. The successful candidate will perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections, operate measuring equipment including CMMs, record results accurately, and collaborate with engineering

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant quality control experience
• High school diploma or equivalent plus advanced training
• Knowledge of measurement tools and quality standards
• Ability to use measuring equipment and basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for conformity to customer and industry standards
• Use measuring tools and CMMs to verify dimensions
• Prepare and inspect inspection records with accuracy
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned
