Shifts and Schedule

Available shifts: Su-Th FT 10p-6:30a, Sa-W FT 6a-2:30p, Th-F PT 6a-2:30p + Sa/Su 2p-10:30p

Position Overview

The Lot Dispatcher creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers and manages drivers to ensure prompt, safe transportation. Responsibilities include assigning routes, ensuring driver breaks, assisting customers, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assign shuttle routes and buses to drivers
  • Manage driver breaks and service quality
  • Answer calls and assist customers professionally
  • Coordinate shuttle maintenance and fueling
  • Complete necessary paperwork
  • Work with supervisors and field staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow policies, procedures, and union contracts
  • Report safety violations and hazards
  • Maintain required credentials and certifications
  • Assist in driving and supervision when needed
