Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial design, textile design, materials design, or related field (last 12 months).
• Portfolio demonstrating color, material and finish exploration, product design thinking, and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Support development of CMF concepts and color palettes from research to final execution.
• Research emerging materials, finishes and color trends and share insights.
• Maintain a master library of colors, materials, finishes.
• Create clear CMF specifications and visual guidelines for production.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design, Engineering, and suppliers to check feasibility and manufacturability.
• Present design ideas and rationale to team and stakeholders; iterate from feedback.
• Explore sustainable and eco-friendly material options in daily design decisions.
