Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a coordinator to support medical education training programs at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle. You will coordinate rotating student experiences, maintain confidential training records, and support resident recruitment, onboarding and related web-based applications.

The role emphasizes collaboration with educators and staff to ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and to promote high-quality educational experiences for learners and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of experience and education
• 1 year of related experience and/or training
• 1 year of working in a medical or educational related field
• Office procedures experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports the activities of medical education training program and assists in meeting and maintaining all standards and requirements of accrediting bodies.
• Coordinates related visiting student rotations. Maintains confidential files related to training. Supports resident recruitment, orientation, onboarding, offboarding and related web-based applications and promotional materials.
