Job summary

Framatome North America in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to lead complex scientific analyses and deliver reliable results.

You will ensure compliance with EPA/NRC/OSHA requirements, write reports, and guide junior staff while building strong client relationships. The role supports critical nuclear energy projects and offers meaningful career growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Physical or Applied Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of EPA, NRC, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills across all staff levels and customers.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; team-oriented.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
  • Ensures personal and workplace compliance with company and regulatory agency policies that protect employee and public health and safety.
  • Serves as a senior technical analyst for complex scientific processes.
  • Provides client input regarding the use of scientific analysis of complex and multidisciplinary problems and processes.
  • Assists in writing reports summarizing the results of scientific analyses.
  • Provides leadership guidance and technical direction.
  • Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
  • Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
  • Monitors goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
What You'll Bring

Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $99,000 - $134,000 per year, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
