You will guide process development, analytical development, technology transfer, and lifecycle management in collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in CMC, process engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in cell and gene therapy, including senior scientific/technical expertise.
• Experience with external development/ manufacturing partnerships and tech transfer.

Responsibilities

• Applies deep scientific expertise to CMC strategy discussions across development, operations, quality, and regulatory.
• Provides technical input and risk-based recommendations for programs and partners.
• Serves as SME for cell and gene therapy platforms; supports external CDMOs/CROs and tech transfer.
• Leads cross-functional teams to ensure technical considerations are communicated clearly.
• Mentors colleagues and promotes scientific rigor and continuous improvement.
