Job summary

uBriGene Biosciences, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in viral vector production and project management to support CMC activities. Qualifications

• B.S. or MS in engineering or biological sciences required.
• 3+ years in biologics manufacturing, preferably viral vector production.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in coordinating large projects from vision to implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual English/Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project liaison support to CMC teams, including manufacturing and release of drug substances/products, process improvements, validation, and related studies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between uBriGene and clients on CMC activities.
• Collect updates on CMC activities in MS Project and track completion dates.
• Schedule, conduct, and draft minutes for PD, TT and GMP team meetings.
• Facilitate communication within PD, TT and GMP teams regarding schedule, strategy changes, risks and resources.
• Hold team members accountable for on-time task completion.
• Perform critical path analysis and support scenario planning for CMC deliverables.
• Provide coordination and communication, including technical calls, agendas, mins, action tracking, and follow-ups.
• Support writing, review, and scheduling of CMC regulatory documents and health authority interactions.
• Assist in preparing presentations and updates to corporate project plans.
