Job summary

uBriGene Biosciences, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator/Manager with a strong background in viral vector production and project management to support CMC activities and client projects.

You will liaison with PD, TT, GMP teams, maintain schedules in MS Project, prepare meeting minutes, and drive on-time delivery while coordinating regulatory documents.

Candidates should have a BS/MS in engineering or biosciences, 3+ years in biologics, and bilingual English/Chinese preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or biological sciences.
• 3+ years in biologics manufacturing.
• Experience planning and executing large projects.
• Proficient with project management tools (MS Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management; able to negotiate with senior leadership.
• English and Chinese bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project liaison support to CMC teams for manufacturing, validation, and release of drug substance and product.
• Serve as primary liaison between uBriGene and clients on CMC activities.
• Collect updates in MS Project and track completion and dates.
• Schedule, conduct, and draft minutes for PD, TT and GMP team meetings.
• Facilitate communication across PD, TT and GMP to manage schedule, strategy changes, risks and resources.
• Hold team members accountable for on-time task completion.
• Perform critical path analysis and support scenario planning for CMC deliverables.
• Coordinate technical calls and meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and action-tracking.
• Support drafting and review of CMC regulatory documents and health authority interactions.
• Assist in preparing presentations and updating project plans.
• Other duties as needed.
