Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of increasing responsibility in a pharmaceutical setting with direct report experience.
• Minimum five years in a project management role with clients, partners, or vendors.
• Knowledge of GLP, GMP, and regulatory guidance for pharmaceutical manufacturing and testing.
• Strong MS Office and communication skills; ability to operate in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for CMC development, analytics, manufacturing, packaging and labeling.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, quality and deliverables with vendors.
• Escalate risks and present recommendations to leadership teams.
• Maintain project tracking tools and analyze metrics for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Chemistry, Engineering, Analytical, Quality) with external partners.
