Qualifications

• Ph.D./MS/BS with related experience in cell and gene therapy or bioprocess development.
• Hands-on experience with LVV processes and unit operations for biologics.
• Experience with chromatography, filtration, bioreactors, and process scaling.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data-driven approaches is a plus.
• Proficiency with DoE tools and biostatistical software (JMP, GraphPad Prism).
• Strong documentation, protocol drafting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute LVV downstream development, purification design, and scale-up.
• Develop proof-of-concept and characterization studies with data-driven recommendations.
• Design lab studies evaluating new tech to improve process understanding and quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities and manage technical risks.
• Draft protocols, perform studies, and communicate results via reports.
• Maintain Innovation lab operations and equipment readiness.
• Plan, execute, and prioritize technical activities with data-driven decisions.
