• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.
• Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application. • Utilizing Alteryx for automation and data analysis to enhance financial insights
• Contributing to the development of accounting policies and procedures for client engagements
• Collaborating on market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in capital markets
• Assisting in the preparation for Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and other regulatory reporting requirements
• Observing and learning about deal structures and organization restructuring processes
• Supporting transaction advisory services by conducting research and gathering information
