Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation in Stockbridge, GA seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to perform patient care activities under supervision of a physician, APP, or nurse, following established guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), completion of a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program (required), and at least one year of related clinical experience. BCLS and CMA-AAMA or NCMA-NCTT certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of a Nursing Assistant program required.
• In lieu of formal education, one year of medical assistant or related clinical experience required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
• CMA-AAMA certification or NCMA-NCTT required.
