Job summary

Lexington Health seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to join the patient care team under a Provider's direction. The CMA/RMA will handle patient intake, documentation, vaccine administration, and clerical tasks, while supporting scheduling and Epic record maintenance. Qualifications

• Education pathways must include anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, pharmacology, and clinical experience.
• Current CMA/MA certification or registry with a recognized accrediting body.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and vaccine/medication administration.
• Enter data into Epic and maintain accurate, complete patient charts.
• Schedule physician appointments and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Provide scribe support to providers and maintain orderly patient records.
• Maintain stock levels of clerical supplies and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment.
