Job summary

Axia Women’s Health in Carmel, IN is seeking a CMA/Phlebotomist to provide phlebotomy and medical assisting duties in a fertility care center. Must have 1+ year phlebotomy experience and active certification.

Experience with OB/GYN and high-volume drawing is preferred; strong venipuncture and lab protocol knowledge are essential. Position is full-time, on-site with 7:00–1:00 hours and 30 hours weekly minimum, offering comprehensive benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years phlebotomy experience.
• Current phlebotomy certification required.
• Excellent venipuncture technique with good tube knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and MA duties in a fertility care center.
• Spins blood, labels and bags specimens for lab submission.
• Order supplies and assist as supervisor when lead is unavailable.
