Job summary

Axia Women’s Health in Carmel, IN is hiring a Phlebotomist for full-time, 30 hours per week with benefits. Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years phlebotomy experience and current Phlebotomy certification.
• Preference for OB/GYN or fertility lab exposure is noted.
• High-volume drawing experience and excellent venipuncture technique required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-time phlebotomy services in fertility care center.
• Order supplies and act as supervisor when lead is unavailable.
• Handle specimen processing: spin, label, and bag for lab transport; ensure proper order of draw.
