Anchor Bay Pocasset is seeking a Medication Technician (CMA) in Johnston, RI to support our Resident Care team. The role focuses on medication assistance, direct personal care, and enriching activities for senior residents.

You will document care, use our health record system, and collaborate with the team to ensure a safe, home-like environment while supporting residents’ daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Certification CMA or MNA is required.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents.
• Excellent communication with residents and teammates.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential for daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Medication assistance, documentation, and management.
• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks using the electronic health record system.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain a cooperative environment.
