Qualifications

• State-certified QMA/CMA with active CNA certification.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within scope of role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

QMA/CMA certification (state)

CNA Certification in good standing
