Job summary

PHD Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a skilled CMA Cell machinist to machine, assemble, and test high-quality automation products at our Fort Wayne facility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in machining equipment and blueprint interpretation is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and documentation to manufacture to print specifications.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) for inspection.

Responsibilities

  • Machining parts using CNC Mills and Lathes, selecting tooling and setting feeds/speeds.
  • Assemble and test products in the CMA cell per work instructions and quality standards.
  • Obtain and maintain required machine certifications (PFH 4800s, BND, CMA Assembly, Versa-Cut, Mori SL154-2).
  • Ensure parts meet blueprint and documentation requirements through precision measurement and deburring.
