Medical Associates Clinic is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, RN to join their Cascade Office team. Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace!
Schedule:
Approximately 72 hours per pay period, 4-day work week. Hours typically fall between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. Flexibility is a must!

Responsibilities:
- Support providers within the department
- Collect patient health data, perform diagnostic tests, review medical records, and coordinate with providers to meet patient needs
- Perform general office duties including updating patient information, scheduling, and creating lab orders
- Collaborate with the healthcare team according to the plan of care
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Promote patient wellness and provide education
- Assist with procedures and document care provided
- Maintain a safe, organized office environment and ensure equipment safety and functionality
- Perform additional duties related to patient care as needed
- Assist with patient check-in, insurance updates, and appointment scheduling
- Complete other assigned projects and duties
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 months to 1 year preferred
- Education: Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification (Medical Assistant certification preferred)
- Interpersonal Skills: Trust, diplomacy, courtesy, tact, and ability to handle sensitive situations
- Other Skills: Keyboarding, use of diagnostic and medical equipment, use of personal protective equipment, BLS certification required biannually
