Are you passionate about making a difference in patients' lives? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your skills can truly shine? We're looking for a dedicated RMA/CMA/NCMA/LPN/RN to join our growing ENT Allergy Department at Physicians' Clinic of Iowa.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, performing duties such as administering immunotherapy injections, educating patients on allergy treatments, and assisting with skin allergy testing. You'll play a key role in providing compassionate care for those battling allergies.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Administering immunotherapy injections to patients.
  2. Educating patients on home injections, sublingual, and OMIT immunotherapy.
  3. Conducting skin allergy testing.
  4. Mixing immunotherapy serum for patient treatments.
  5. Providing essential care during allergic reactions and anaphylaxis.

Successful candidates must maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The individual should be patient-focused, work well with team members, and be comfortable working with computer systems. Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office is preferred. Basic math and organizational skills are required daily.
