Cumberland Family Medical Center (CFMC) seeks a CMA/LPN/RN to support providers and patients in a Campbellsville, KY clinic. This full-time role includes patient assessment, assisting in tests and procedures, and delivering efficient, compassionate care within a team-focused, community-driven environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Licensure/certification in good standing is required.
• Ongoing continuing education courses are required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and keep supervisor informed of clinical activities, needs, and problems related to patient care.
• Complies with established patient care standards.
• Maintains established clinical policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control.
• Maintains a clean, orderly and safe environment.
• Cooperates with other personnel to achieve department objectives and maintain good employee interdepartmental and public relations.
• Greets patient and escort them to the exam room.
• Takes and records vital and patient medical information in chart.
• Prepares patient room for exam.
• Assist Provider in procedures as necessary.
• Completes ordered lab procedures.
• Administer IM, Sub Q injections to include immunizations.
• Wound care and suture removal as directed by Provider.
• Communicate results of all procedures and tests to Provider.
• Discharge patient to receptionist.
• Cleans and disinfects exam rooms after use.
• Restock supplies, linens, equipment, and checks for defects andoutdated.
• Maintains professional growth and development through seminars and educational sessions are required.
• Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

• CPR Certification.
• Experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certification within good standing.
• Maintain required continuing education courses.

Schedule Requirements:

Full-time position, 4-5 days per week, 100% clinic-based, in person work required.

Work schedules are set at the discretion of CFMC and may be adjusted at any time based on the operational needs of the organization.

Compensation:
