Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is hiring for Pediatric Medical Assistant / LPN roles in Minnesota. You will work with pediatric patients alongside a provider, supporting clinical and clerical tasks to maintain smooth patient flow.

The position requires relevant MA or LPN credentials, pediatric experience, and current BLS certification. Compensation reflects a two-track pay range and benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or qualifying RMA program with required certification.
• Current BLS certification and pediatric patient experience.
• Active Minnesota LPN license at submission (for LPN path).

Responsibilities

• Work exclusively with pediatric patients alongside a pediatric provider.
• Assist providers with patient care, rooming, immunizations, injections, medication administration, and specimen collection.
• Perform clinical and clerical duties to support patient flow.
• Additional duties may include phlebotomy, laboratory testing, telephone support, prescription refills, check-in, and stocking supplies.

Pay Range:

• Medical Assistant: $22.23–$27.37/hour, based on experience.
• LPN: $24.50–$32.77/hour.
