Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates in Minnesota is seeking a Medical Assistant / LPN to provide clinical and administrative support, manage patient flow, and assist with patient care across all ages in our clinic.

Must have an accredited Medical Assistant program or qualifying RMA, an active Minnesota LPN license verified through Nursys, and current BLS certification; duties include immunizations, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and support for check-in at multiple locations.

Medical Assistant / LPN – Clinic

Pay Range

• Medical Assistant: $22.23–$27.37/hour, based on experience.
• LPN: $24.50–$32.77/hour.

Position Overview Provide clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers, manage patient flow, and assist with patient care across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain necessary information.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect specimens, perform phlebotomy, and conduct clinic laboratory tests.
• Provide telephone support and coordinate communication between patients and providers.
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Support check-in, maintain supplies, and perform other administrative duties.
• Perform X-ray duties if qualified and authorized.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM.
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Friday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Must be willing to work at both assigned clinic locations.

Medical Assistant Requirements

• High school diploma or GED — Required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or qualifying RMA program — Required.
• Current BLS certification — Required.

LPN Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN license verified through Nursys at submission — Required.
• Current BLS certification — Required.
