VitalCore Health Strategies is hiring a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) at MCI-Norfolk in Norfolk, MA. The CMA will support physicians and nurses in a correctional facility, administer medications, manage patient records, and handle clinical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified medical assistant and have completed a medical assistant training program.
• High school diploma or relevant qualification.
• Minimum one year experience in emergency or correctional service.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and record daily medications in state-approved facilities.
• Distribute medications and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with nurses to assist patient care and observe changes in condition.
• Follow federal, state, and agency regulations to protect health and safety.
• Respond to emergency signals and assist the nursing team.
