AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a Full-time clinical support role to monitor physician schedules, organize patient care, and serve as the daily clinic operations contact. You will promote relationship-based care and uphold the mission while ensuring high-quality healthcare.

The role includes patient rooming, vitals, specimen collection, and assisting physicians during exams, with emphasis on infection prevention and communication across healthcare teams.

Qualificações

• Vital signs required.
• Body substance isolation required.
• Specimen collection required.
• Phone skills and etiquette preferred.
• Organizational skills preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors physician schedules and coordinates patient care for timely visits.
• Acts as a point of contact for daily clinic operations and resolves issues or escalates as needed.
• Supports relationship-based care and upholds organizational mission and core values.
• Conducts training sessions and reviews patient care protocols in line with infection prevention guidelines.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement best practices and ensure quality care.
• Collects and prepares laboratory specimens.
• Rooms patients, records patient history and allergies, and assists physicians during examinations.
• Audits tests for timely results and follows up as needed.
• Monitors supplies and equipment and reports needs to leadership.
• Delegates duties and ensures adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards.
• Supports day-to-day clinical operations.
