• Phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; manage scheduling and patient flow.
• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits.
• Obtain and document vital signs and patient information.
• Perform phlebotomy and blood draws safely and accurately.
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain clinical supplies.
• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures as needed.
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety and infection-control procedures.
• Provide professional, compassionate service and collaborate with the clinical team.
