Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant - Clinical Practice Partner on the FMLA Team. You will work 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, supporting forms processing and pre-visit planning in Epic, with a focus on accessibility and patient care.

The role requires a Medical Assistant diploma and certification, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently at a computer while communicating with patients by phone.

Qualifications

• Experience using Epic for FMLA forms processing and handling forms electronically.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with patients by phone.
• Comfort with multiple technology platforms and IT troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support FMLA forms processing for the FMLA teams and assist with pre-visit planning.
• Contribute to improving clinic efficiency, access, and patient outcomes through centralized form completion.
