Paramount Community Living and Rehab in Newton, KS seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer medications and monitor resident health in a skilled nursing setting. Flexible scheduling with FT/PT shifts including 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a, plus PRN and weekend options.

As part of the Nursing department, you will document care, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with clinicians to support residents and families while maintaining compassionate, respectful service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CMA certification per Kansas regulations.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Administer prescribed medications according to policies.
• Monitor residents' health and vital signs.
• Maintain clean, secure medication storage and report issues.
• Provide compassionate resident support and respond to needs.
• Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and families on care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and incidents.
