Legend Senior Living in Pratt, Kansas is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to coordinate medication administration and assist with activities of daily living for residents. The role may require evenings and weekends and offers a supportive team environment.

You will work as part of a nursing team, providing compassionate care and ensuring residents’ comfort while documenting care activities and communicating needs to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Certified to pass medications per state regulations (CMA).

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Assist with daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor resident comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks such as daily shift report and resident records.
• Confidentially communicate clearly to other staff, including urgent needs for the next shift and concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
