Jackson Creek Senior Living in Overland Park, KS is seeking a CMA to administer medications and provide personal care to residents. The role requires ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to regulations while supporting daily living activities.

Formación

• Must have CMA certificate or state med pass certificate.
• Basic First Aid training required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with older adults.
• Experience in medication administration and medications.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications accurately according to physician orders and resident service plans.
• Document medications administered and not given per regulations.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Document changes in residents' status and vital signs.
• Complete incident reports and update resident records.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first-aid and follow-up care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain a safe, home-like environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Attend meetings and in-services as scheduled.
