York Post Acute is hiring Certified Medication Assistants for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. The position focuses on safe medication administration, accurate documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff to support resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Medication Technician Certification in the employed state.
• Must be a CNA or CHHA/HHA, as required.
• Previous CMA experience is required.
• Experience administering oral, topical, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous medications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical instructions.
• Able to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders and facility policies.
• Provide medications via oral, topical, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous routes as allowed.
• Observe and document residents’ responses to medications and report changes.
• Assist with basic resident care under licensed nursing staff supervision.
