Qualifications

• Must demonstrate knowledge of the five rights of medication administration.
• Experience supporting residents with daily care and health monitoring.
• Follows state and federal regulations and facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Records medication administration in the resident chart accurately.
• Monitors residents for adverse reactions and reports findings promptly.
• Responds to call lights and checks on residents to ensure comfort and safety.
• Performs routine tasks to maintain residents' health and well-being.
• Participates in safety and quality improvement initiatives.
