Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents while promoting dignity and independence.

Arlington Senior Living - Macon, GA

Arlington Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our team in Full-Time Day and Night Shift positions. If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents while promoting their dignity and independence

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate and timely medication and care documentation

• Assist with meals and provide additional support as needed

• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members

• Follow all state regulations, safety procedures, and infection-control guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Current Georgia Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification

• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow medication administration procedures and safety protocols

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Must be at least 18 years old and have valid identification
