Job description

Are you an experienced and compassionate looking to join a team that values family, care, and wellness? Lakewood Courtyard is where we treat both our residents and staff like family. We’re currently looking for a dedicated full time CMA to join our Lakewood Community location and help us deliver exceptional care to our seniors.

Position: Full-Time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) – 3 PM-11 PM
Location: Lakewood, NJ

Shifts Available:
Full-Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Your Role:

  1. Administer routine medications following state guidelines
  2. Provide personal care, support, and supervision to residents
  3. Work under the direction of a nurse, Director of Nursing, or Supervisor
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

What You Need:

  1. Current & valid RMA certification
  2. Compassionate approach & understanding of the aging process
  3. Ability to follow individualized care plans
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
