Serene Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a premier outpatient infusion provider to recruit an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a full-time opportunity in Bellevue, Washington. You will be the first point of contact, supporting nurses and providers while ensuring a welcoming patient experience.

The role combines front-office responsibilities with clinical support, including taking vital signs, preparing infusion suites, assisting with exams, phlebotomy, and scheduling.

Formación

• CMA certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent MA experience.
• Experience taking vital signs and assisting in clinical settings.
• Insurance verification and authorization experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• $25–$30/hour, based on experience.
• Contract or Direct Hire options available.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and check in patients professionally
• Obtain and document vital signs and medical history
• Prepare infusion suites for patient visits
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Administer injections and medications per provider orders
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Schedule appointments and manage patient check-out
• Answer phones and support front-office operations
• Organize medical records, referrals, and authorizations
• Deliver excellent customer service in a patient-centered environment
