Job summary

Spring Hill Care and Rehab is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our caring clinical team in Kansas. This permanent position offers a competitive hourly wage with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options.

As a CMA, you will pass medications under supervision of a licensed nurse, observe and report changes in residents, and uphold HIPAA and facility policies while delivering

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CMA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications as prescribed by the physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Observe and report changes in condition, attitude, appetite, and behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
• Offer warm, friendly service and build rapport with residents and their families.
