Job Summary:

The ClubLife Concierges will play an integral role within the Member Experience Team, supporting project work and goals. They will create remarkable experiences for our Club Members before, during, and after every visit, focusing on Warm Welcome, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells.

Day to Day:
  1. Direct Members and Guests to their destinations within the Club, provide business and concierge services, and proactively create Magic Moments.
  2. Inform Members and guests of Club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities both in person and over the phone.
  3. Assist Members with scheduling appointments and reservations for Club programs and services, adhering to Club standards.
  4. Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and stocked with necessary supplies such as pens and notepads.
  5. Handle Member and guest requests for business services, including faxing, copying, mailing, and other concierge services, owning each request from start to finish.
  6. Support Member Experience initiatives like the Club Newsletter, message on hold, website calendar, event announcements, outbound calls, and marketing collateral to promote Member Services, ensuring materials are current.
  7. Seat guests promptly and courteously.
About You:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or a similar role.
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to make every guest feel valued.
  • Strong communication skills across verbal, written, phone, text, and social media channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
