Job description

Colonie Golf & Country Club in Voorheesville is seeking a customer service oriented individual to oversee general Clubhouse facility and Locker Room maintenance. This individual will need to be a “jack of all trades” with the ability to work well with others and have strong time management skills. A very flexible work schedule is possible. F/T or P/T hours can be arranged for the right individual.

Responsibilities for Clubhouse Maintenance Manager:

*To manage, direct or assist in all aspects of building maintenance and janitorial operations including but not limited to; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC.

*Assist in the supervision of additional cleaning personnel and locker room attendants to ensure proper performance.

*Develop plans/schedules for preventative maintenance and routine cleaning.

*Assist venders in maintenance of issues over and above normal repair.

*Involved with the Spring Opening and Fall Closing/Winterization of the pool and tennis facility.

*Maintaining safety standards; making sure all equipment and operating procedures are kept in accordance with NYS rules and regulations.
