Colonie Golf & Country Club in Voorheesville is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to oversee general Clubhouse facility and Locker Room maintenance. This individual should be a jack of all trades, able to work well with others, and possess strong time management skills. A very flexible work schedule is possible, with full-time or part-time hours arranged for the right candidate.

Responsibilities for Clubhouse Maintenance Manager:

1. Manage, direct, or assist in all aspects of building maintenance and janitorial operations, including but not limited to light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
2. Assist in supervising additional cleaning personnel and locker room attendants to ensure proper performance.
3. Develop plans and schedules for preventative maintenance and routine cleaning.
4. Assist vendors in maintenance issues beyond normal repairs.
5. Participate in the Spring Opening and Fall Closing/Winterization of the pool and tennis facilities.
6. Maintain safety standards, ensuring all equipment and operating procedures comply with NYS rules and regulations.
