Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Clubhouse Maintenance Manager at White Columns Country Club in Milton, GA. You will supervise engineering and housekeeping staff, manage all building systems, and ensure preventive maintenance and energy management programs are in place.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, managing safety procedures per OSHA, preparing bids and project work, and communicating with leadership about the facility's condition and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years engineering management/supervisor experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Experience managing facilities maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and perform new engineering programs and services.
• Flexibility with schedule; evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and discipline department staff.
• Maintain energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct walk-throughs and assess safety of building systems.
• Prepare bidding, project work, alterations, and repairs.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and report findings.
• Maintain guest relations and ensure facility cleanliness and upkeep.
